Hi,
I have purchased flat in Pune, Kalewadi area.
Builder has alloted 4 wheeler covered parking space , but it's very less.
I mean he provided stilt parkign space under building and if 3 peopples park cars side by side in their respective parking, (first of all it is challenge to new learner to park in such small slot) we can not open car doors fully/comfortably to come out.
Please suggest by law number and laws for parking space allocation.Any law about parkign space size etc.
It's Urgent.
Please help.
