Hi,
I have a on going civil case in hyderabad lower court on division of our property based on unregistered partition deed dated April 1975. Is there a provision to register the partition deed and produre as an evidense. If yes how much would it cost in hyderabad.

Not possible to register now.
Better file a suit for partition based on that unregistered deed, if you are able to prove the division and enjoyment of property atleast by some co-sharers as per the said deed.
