Partition priority problem

Partition Priority Problem:

My Grand Father brougth a Land (44 cent) Single Land
My father and my Brothers & Sister Partition the Land.
I am 3 rd Son for my Father.

Order By Seniority:

Son1=8 cent   ----First
Son2=9 cent   -----After Son1 Land
Son3=10 cent  -------After Son2 Land
Yongest Daugther =6 cent---Opposite to  Son2 Land &in middile of son1 & Son3
my Father=11.75 cent

After Few Years my Father Given 3 Cent to Yongest Daugther Without the Sign of Brothers.
Now remaining 8.75 cent.

and my father Died.

Now we three Sons Plan to sell the Land(8.75)
,But Yongest Daugther not ready to Sign.
she asking she need the Land Near to her Land already Present.

My Question is:

1.What is the rule in partition the land Order wise?
We Three sons Wish to Give Yongest Daugther s Share in Extreme end,With out her Sign is it Possible?
and we will sell the Land Which is in Front.

or

2.How we can sell our Three Sons Share in front and allocate Yongest Daugther share in Last?

3.is that Possible to Sell the Land( 3 sons Share) & Allocate the Yongest Daugther Land in Extreme end.

Yongest Daugther is Minority,We Three Brothers are Majority. How we can allocate land in Last portion without her sign. One party is ready to buy our land but we don't want to give her share in Front.we would like to sell our three son share & allocate her land in extreme end.Because she already got land 2(6 cent+3 cent from her dad) times in front before son3.
