Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Tarun nanda, living in New Delhi. My condition is:
"I am living in Delhi with my father or mother. But in another place of New Delhi my grandmother living my uncle (brother of my father) with his family. In past more then 20 years ago my father got separate with our family from his father but we go regularly to my grandfather house. But now condition is that, before 3 years as per some dispute we never go to those house. And now my grandmother says that my father is not her son."
So That's way my question is:
"I want to know that how I get to claim on those property and how much share I get in the property if my grandfather have 2 boy(include my father) and 2 girls all are married."
My grandmother is alive right now and she makes a property will but I don’t know what's write in those its will is make after my grandfather death.
I am under waiting for early response...
