Partition suit

Sir/Madam,

What all documents are required to file a Partition Suit?

What if, I don't have any documents or even true copies of them? Please advice.


PS: What will be the court fee to file a Partition Suit? (Property is 300 sq. yards)

to start with ..
it will be current address of the property.
legal heir certificate
death certificate, if applicable in case of ancestral property
any taxes paid on your name
and anything else that proves your connection to the property.
at the minimum,you need the above...
