Hello Sirs,
A U.P. Avas Vikas Property (EWS House built double story) was name in my mother and she passed away last year and my father too after her three months.
Now, the my name & brother name has regisrted in Avas Vikas and they issued a letter in this regard after completing the all formalities done from our end e.g. NOC from my sisters.
My brother is living that house and refuse to give me a portion of that property. I humbly requested him but he is giving me time but not materlising the same.
My fews articles are in that house e.g. Sofa, TV etc.
Please advise what to do for fastest take the position in one portion.
