Partition suit

Hi sir. My father given to me 10 acres land through aggrement 8 years back. And i have passbok and loan. Now he filed patition suit. I wil get all the 10 acres. or my brothers also get share on this? Please suggest me.

Which kind of Agreement by your father? is is registered?  State full facts of the case.  consult local Advocate with the details of the property and documents.
