Partition suit filed in 2005

Hi Sir,

My father filed a partition suit for getting share of his parents property in 2005 in a Munsiff court.

My grandparents are not alive and they have 5 children including my father.

The process lagged 10 year so far, currently order came to give 1 share of the property but still the further processes are delaying for more than a year.

Do we have any option to make it fast or raise complaint for these delays.

Can anyone please suggest, what we can do in this situation to get the share without much delay.

Sir,

Hope you have file the execution of the order .... Generally execution does not take that longer ...Move an application before the concerned court to get the decree executed ASAP.

You had been clinging to your lawyer so far what made you not to ask your lawyer's opinion on this, and if he had given an opinion what made you not to disclose the same, this reminds that you are cross verifying your lawyer (?), however you have not told the status of the case to give a proper opinion to your query.
