respondents,from collecting rent of the property in dispute?( ALREADY
A PARTITION SUIT HAS BEEN FILED BY THE PETITIONER IN THE DISTRICT
MUNISIF COURT,IN THE YEAR 2009 AND THE SAME HAS BEEN PENDING BEFORE
THE DMC)
Is it possible to file an interrogatory
petition ,in the same DMC,requesting to appoint a receiver to collect
the rent of the property in dispute till the disposal of the current
suit?
Is it possible to issue NOTICE TO THE
TENETS TO VACATE THE PROPERTY FOR NOT GIVING RENT TO ME (PETITIONER)?
