Hello All,
I have few doubts which I am posting here .. I hope someone can help me in this ..
one of my have a trust through which he is runing his education business. now he want to me to join with him along with my other friend so that we can expend the business.
1. is this possible that we can become trust member and partner in his business with equal share in business
2. what will be the producer?
3. how different it is in partnership in a Pvt. Ltd. company and Trust?

There cannot be a partnership in the Trust. You can be the Trustee but the Trust is not involved in business activities.
In case of a Limited or Private Limited Company, you can purchase the shares thereof.
In partnership, you can execute a Deed of Partnership disclosing all the terms and conditions of the Partnership.
