Dear Friend. nothing stops you from getting an Indian passport so much so that if one is not barred from the court. Ofcourse if someone is sentenced to life imprisonment, committed a crime against the state or nation, criminaly wanted by the law authorities of India or any forged document submitted for procuring passport, or previously passport has been impounded by the law, it is the duty of the Government of India to issue you the passport if you have applied, paid the requisite fees and your credentials are verified by the state machineries and above all if one is an Indian.

Do not worry about the small pending cases in the court. Enjoy the life but always pay respect to your parents,do not hurt them even in your dreams, nothing comes your way.

Have a good day and leave your worries to god.
