Pauper

Petitioner/Plaintiff in a suit for declaration and recovery of possession, filed an application to sue the defendant as pauper as if she is a pauper.

She hides truth as she having half-share in a house worth 40 lakhs and also her 60 sovereign of gold jewels worth about 9 Lakhs

she cannot plea pauper status(indigent)

when she has got property she cannot file insolvency petition.

Before the suit is given regular number,that pauper application will be decided and you can show that she has more than sufficient means to pay court fees.

She not even disclosed her income before court. Apart from that she has also let some portions of house for rent and getting rental income also
