Respected Sir,
My name is Sujan. Currently i am working in a PSU company with the basic scale 24900-50500. when i joined the company my basic scale was 20600-46500.I have completed almost 2 years in this compnay. now i am interested to join Ordnance factory Board which basic scale is 9300-34800 grade pay 4200. now my question is what type of pay protection i can have if i join Ordnance factory Board(Central Govt) with the above said pay scale.please help me.
