I have purchased a flat and Agreement has been done on 8 th feb-2012 but question is that Builder is not providing proper documents like Blue Print Plan copy for my floor as well as the Architect Certificate. Even though, the Builder is continuously demanding further payments for the 2nd slab with interest. Due to want of these documents, the bank is also not starting disbursement of loan.
What step should i take now ?

Sir,
Please make an application to the local Municipal Authorities under Right to Information Act 2005, citing the relevant CTS numbers of the property, for the authenticated plans sanctioned for the construction.
