Generically speaking: Yes, you should be eligible.

If the Act applies to establishment then you should be eligible.

If you are separating and have tendered notice of resignation then you may submit a gentle communication 30days before LWD to provide you with ‘Notice of Determination of Gratuity’ and payment on LWD.
Or you can do so on LWD or thereafter.
If the establishment does not pay within 30days from LWD then it is liable to tender interest @10%pa, for the delayed period.
You may chose wisely as per your needs, and atmosphere in the establishment.

7. Application for gratuity.-(1) Provided that where the date of superannuation or retirement of an employee is known, the employee may apply to the employer before thirty days of the date of superannuation or retirement.
