Respect Sir,
I have received legal notice from tata docomo in my mail box for non payment. fact is that i am not a customer of Tata Docomo Teleservice Ltd., nor used any services from your Teleservice and not purchased the your company SIM Cards.
I got call from tata docomo used rough language and talked very rashly and also given threat stating that, if i am not clear the balance amount of Rs.3,980/- that, she will block the Passport, Pan Card and Driving License.
I am an Engineer, apprehend about my better future and endeavors, blindly without arguing or making any correspondence made the payment.
Now please suggest me how can i deal with this. Can i approach lawyer to deal this or do i need to register police complaint.
