I am handling a civil matter in which amount in dispute is Rs.3,75,000/- Does this amount fit in the pecuniary jurisdiction of CITY CIVIL COURT MUMBAI? Would you please let me know the latest PECUNIARY JURISTDICTIONS of Civil Courts?

Yes, you can file a civil suit in Mumbai City Civil Court if the property situates with in the jurisdiction of Mumbai. You can find out answer to your query in Section 3 of Bombay City Civil Court Act, 1948
