1) As per Government of Maharashtra rule 15% vacancies are reserved for Ex-sevicemen. Haffkine Bio-Pharma is Maharashtra Govt undertaking public sector unit . But it does not follow the GR. What kind of legal action taken against the organisation?
2) Part time temporary employed education sevaks before 2004 are authorised for old pension scheme or not?
