I want to get my divorce summons be served in Canada through ministry of law and justice as per the notification of government of India. My husband lives in Canada and I have received the summons from my court. Now I want to submit the summons in Ministry of law and justice so that these can be served through proper channel as per rules. I contacted ministry of law and justice to ask the concerned person who deals these kind of cases but they told me that we doubt that this ministry serves these kind of papers. Now can anybody tell me to contact whom to submit these papers in ministry of law and justice. I will be highly grateful.
