Hi all,

This website seems to a best one to know all our advocate's talents

Comming to the point when i was in india i took some personal loan with post dated cheques and half repiad and now most of the emi's not paid after i left the country india and now the bank is giving continous pressure to my parents. can you please advice what can i do in this situation.

Also advice what are the possible steps bank can take against me who is out of india

You can best settle the load in the interests of your parents.  Irrespective of your capacity to repay the loan your parents cannot be harassed.  They can approach the High Court and get protection orders against harassment.

In so far as the bank is concerned, they can still file a case against you and proceed against your properties.
