IT A PERSON WANTS TO WITHDRAW PF FROM THE PF ACCOUNT  THEN WHAT DOCUMENTS DO HE/SHE HAS TO SUBMIT WITH THE FORM AND THE BANK STATEMENT REQUIRED FOR IT SHALL BE OF WHAT DURATION

There is two ways. one is withdrawing the amount and the other is Transferring the same to new account.
For withdrawal the process is the employee is eligible to apply after 60 days from his date of resignation.

For transfer the employee can apply immediately with the help of his new employer after he joined the new organization.

withdrawal forms are Form no 10C & Form19

For transfer - Form 13

Pf authorities in chennai are insisting for the following along with Form 19/10c: 1) Bank passbook / statement copy 2) Cheque leaves - 2 nos duly cancelled 3) address proof

We need not give bank statement. We need to give only Bank pass book first page xerox copy. It is required to transfer the pf amount to the respective Branch.
