Pf and pension not initiated by employer

Hi ,

My father is a central government employee he has retired in july 1 but he has not yet got his pension or pf .

What should he do to get his PF and pension initated by the employer .

What are the things employer has to do to initiate his pension and PF ?

You father was Central Govt employee. 

 

You have to stated:-

  • what was the length of service?
  • mode of retirement superannuation/voluntary/compulsory?
  • Whether he has filled the necessary forms supplied by Govt for claiming terminal benefits?
  • Whether any Disciplinary case pending/contemplated on the date of retirement?
  • Whther any dues pending?

 

Notwithstanding above questions tjhe PF cannot be withheld under any circumstances (if applied by employee) on completion of service.  If any representation has been submitted then after reasonable time and within reasonable time application can be filed in CAT.
