Respected lawyers/members,
I strongly suspect my wife of having an affair during the pendency of our divorce proceedings looking at the things she has done in the past and is now harassing me for 40 lacs alimony.It will likely go in contested divorce The only option i see to prove this point is through getting phone bill itemised details. Can you please advise me any way through which i can get it.Does Court listen in matrimonial cases to ask for phone details or is there any other way i can get it and prove my point.If i get the details will Judge Sir/madam consider it.
