**Translation:**
I am planning to purchase a constructed house on the outskirts of Bangalore. While verifying the documents, I found that the **podi** (sub-division) has not been done, but the property has an e-Swathu document. It is still not divided from the survey number. Can such a property be purchased?

It is a good Idea to purchase an immovable property but before buying it it is pertinent that you obtain a proper legal opinion from an experienced lawyer in the local by referring the property documents

Better avoid buying such property as it may create legal problems for you.in future. Moreover, consult local lawyer for verification of said property.

As it is a constructed property, did you verify the plan approval? Has the land been converted into the site with Rev. authority?
