I'm planning to buy a land which is converted as Plantation land so that i can use for residential purpose for me in Bangalore.
Could you please help me with your suggestions whether to go for it or not.
If i can buy then what are the documents do I need to check or get from the seller(real estate guy) and it will be possible to know all the details for the land
