Please advice!

Hi, can someone advice on the following: A from a family has issued a cheque, however the first initial of his signature is not readable. The petitioner does not know which family member has issued the cheque. So can we request for summon for witness (sakshi Summon) so that Bank can come and verify the Account Holder. This will help to avoid adding unnecessary parties to the complaint. Thanks in advance!

When you will produce cheque in the Bank than bank will ask you which name has said account when it will bounce. If it is.

If cheqyue amount cash than no issue.

But How can it possible that your client don't know who furnish this cheque to him.

My dear Advocate please disclose all fact. So that we may understand deeply.
