I am planning to buy duplex - land + contruction and got 3 option of property to buy.
Property A- Behind JR Farm,Neeladri Nagar, Electronics City Phase 1, Electronic City, Hulimangala Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100
This property has Panchayat Khata and its not DC converted but the builder is saying after electronic city metro starts it will be converted to A-khata. Till that time it cannot be converted.
Property B- Vabasandra, Bommasandra, Karnataka 560105
This property is DC converted from Panchayat to E-Khata but not RERA approved. Builder is saying E khata is safe to buy.
Property C- Hosur Rd, Iggaluru Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562107
It is Rera approved and BMRDA approved e khata.
Would you please explain which property is good to buy. Property C looks good but its far. What do you say about property A &B ?
Property C is favourable to buy
