Mr.Anmol Sharma,

Substantive evidence pertains about rights and duties, and this evidence is reliable for the decision of a case. A non-substantive evidence either corroboratesthe substantive evidence to increase its credibility or which contradicts a substantive evidence to discredit it.

Simply put: it means Evidence offered to prove a fact at issue in a trial, as opposed to character evidence about a witness.

more example can we get by reading the case law so if any case law which gives the exact or difference between substantive  evidence & non-substantive evidence.

Thanks

SUBSTANTIVE EVIDENCE MEANS THE EVIDENCE WHICH CARRIES MORE WEIGHT AS COMPARE TO OTHER EVIDENCE IN THE EYE OF LAW
