Rule say it is not penality if :-
Termination of Service:
a) of an employee appointed on probation, during or at the end
of the period of probation including any extension (s) thereof, in
accordance with the terms of his appointment;
will terminiation include both dismisal and removal

1) If u remained unauthorisedly absent without intimation and/or information that too during probation, the PSU treating ur such absence as voluntary cessation of service and dismissal is in order.
2) Before that the PSU must have sent notice of recall to resume duty or paper notificaion given before taking final decision.
3) If issued and no reply from ur side tantamounts to all opportunity given and the removal is justified.
4) U may appeal to the appellate authority to reconsider and discuss through local Union/Assoiations for another opportunity, which normally is given.
