Hi,
I am tax consultant (C.A), one of my client is refusing to pay my consultation fees, he has paid me a some advance when I started the work By cheque), now his work is completed and he is refusing to paying me the rest of amount, he is threatening me that he will go to the police station and making an FIR against me that I am harassing him.
I have no idea how to handle this situation. I have consulted my friend and he advice me that sending him a notice for the recovery of the balance professional fees,
Please help me to come out from this situation.
