Respected Sir,
My husband is not paying due amount of Rs. 8 lacs towards interim mainetance. We have put application to issue NBW against him but the preceding officer neither issueing warrant nor strucking of his defence.
Then we have filed the execution application u/s 125(3) crpc to recover pending amount. Now its been 5 months that we have filed the execution but again here as well the preceding officer neither ask him topay the due amount nor issueing the warrant against my husband. In both the cases, both preceding officers are totally biased towards my husband and treating me very badly and pressurising me for divorce.My lawyer is not also supporting me.
I am very frustrated now. So, kindly suggest me what step I need to take into the court.
