Voluntary lie detector tests are perfectly legal and constitutional according to the same full bench judgement of the Supreme Court.

@ Manish sir, Though voluntary lie detector test is admissible with consent, as per SC process under NHRC guidelines, in terms of its admissibilty in court, they are not admissible right? Could you please enlighten ,me  for my learning purpose on this?

i am facing similar case. Do you have any evidences of her behavior? Audio recordings abusive emails etc????
