Please suggest withdrawl procedure for court case

Dear All,

My wife had filed 04 Cases over me as per below details.

1)Under DV act -2005

2)Under GWA

3)Crpc 125

4)Under IPC 498a,504,323,506

Now,she wants to withdraw the same .What precautions should be follwed by us to prevent problems in future?What is the withdrawl procedure?

If she wants to withdraw the case, let her withdraw.

To safeguard your interest in future, you can execute a Memorandum of Understanding with your wife writing down terms and conditions to be followed.

After executing MoU as talked about above - for 498A you need to move the HC concerned for quashing.
