What is the rate of stamp duty on Debenture Certificate and agreement executed in state of Maharashtra ??

For Debentures pl refer to Article 27 of Schedule-1 to Indian Stamp Act 1899 and for agreements refer to Article 5 of Schedule to Bombay Stamp Act.

there is .05% per year and maximum to 0.25% or Rs. 25 lacs whichever lower
