my father is owning a plot in his name. it is not a inherited property. now he has expired. we are three brothers and my mother. can we transfer the registered plot of land in favour of my mother. if so, kindly let me know the procedure.

Mr.Nagendar,
In your case, you need to obtain a succession certficate from the court in favour of your mother.
Secondly, go for release deed, whereby released all your rights pertaining to the said plot in favour of your mother.
