Plot in lucknow

I purchased a property in installments at Lucknow. It was booked on 20% cost & remaining was required to pay monthly. Total cost was around between 13-14 lacs. I paid more than 7 lacs to the company. But property growth was zero so I stopped paying.

Initially, the company was tried to approve the project from Lucknow Development Authority. But they didn't get success from last 3-4 years. The company also has not all the land in their name. And they are trying to do that from farmers. Marking is still not done.

Now the company is telling me to take the land & do registry by paying the remaining amount. They told me a Khasra number (Details are attached). On UP Bhulekh site its showing on their name. But what plot they have shown me, the route is not clear until the plot. They are telling Kharij Dakhil isn't possible for this plot, the only registry is possible.

Could you please suggest me in this situation what should I do?

The facts, as posted,  lacks clarity. Moreover, any suggestion depends upon the terms of the agreement.
