We registered a Plot in a gated layout as it was approved by urben developemnet authorities from a developer. Just recently we come to know that developer mortaged the one surevy part of the layout to one Nationalised Bank and now Bank notified that they will be auctioning the survey as the developer not paid the debts to Bank. Now we are clueless how registartion authorities allowed the property registartion as it was mortgaged and how we can proceed further.
