I and my wife both agreed for Rs.X and go for divorce.
I deposited Rs.X in joint a/c of both parties counsellors and asked MCD.
Wife didnot respond MCD and filed 498a,DP3,4 on me and my parents
I filed 498a quash in HC.
HC granted stay on further proceedings and sent notices to respond 498a wife
3 months over but no response from 498a wife
What should be my next step?
Will HC quash 498a on grounds of wife not responding?
Any 498a counter cases like cheating case to them ?
Now they filed maintenance under crpc 125 .
How to fight crpc 125?
Can I approach HC for quashing maintenance as I already deposited Rs.X
