Plzz experts tell me ....

In a matrimonial case upon whom the burden of proving allegations depends..in false Dowry and Domestic Voilence case who needs to prove the allegations first wife (petitioner) or the husband (respondent). And what all kind of evidences are required to be presented in court.

1. just saying that we have demanded Dowry is enough or she needs to prove it

2. just saying that domestic voilence done is enough or she needs to prove.

Will her case dismissed when i prove that all her allegations are wrong and false

I am no EXPERT

I think she may have to prove it if you dismiss the charges

The circumstances under which she was subjected to domestic violence and other alleged activities against her has to be proved by her by not merely stating the same in the court by by also corroborating the events through witnesses or evidences.

It depends on the contentions taken by the parties.  Who has made an allegation he/she has to prove. Burden on them.
