PoA during case

When the proceedings are going on in a civil case, whether a PoA can be appointed to do all acts including to receive money on behalf of the plaintiff?

Yes an attorney can be appointed at any stage of suit.

NO BAR IN LAW TO APPOINT A POA  BY PRINCIPAL FOR CIVIL MATTERS.
