my wife attack my mother three times and demand for money and share in property. she stop husband wife physical relationship and have one demand that I obey her and take share from mother and get separated from mother. my mother filed complaint of domestic violence against my wife in Sp office
i filled judicial separation case in district court and now judicial separation case is running in district court b/w me and my wife. I also put up rit against my wife and inlaws about my and my mother's life threat in Punjab and haryana high court chandigarh.
after all my action she put up police complaint in her home town against me. can anyone plz guide me that her action is legal or not. what are the remedies I can avail.
