I filed a complaint against another party. It has been more than one year now. The police is not investigating the facts of this case (apparently under pressure from the other party), despite even a court order to investigate. Instead, they are asking me to come to the station to reply to some of their questions.
Can the police be held up for this non-investigation (despite court orders) ? How can they be forced to investigate the matter ? and what if I do not go to the station ? Can the police give excuse that they have not investigated because I have not come to the station ?
