Hi,
I have filed 15 RTI applications in last two years seeking information related to two criminal cases in a police station preferred by me and my mother. I requested information which will be disclosing the illegal act of police. For the last RTI application, I received incomplete information and also reply says that I have filed 15 applications and causing obstructions to the duty of the Public Authority and such action is punishabel U/s 186 of IPC.
Also RTI application is filing the applications twisting the facts and to force the police to modify the documents due to threat and such action is punishable U/s 189 of IPC.
I made appeal saying that as per section 21 of RTI Act cno case or suit is not maintainable.
Please advice me what to do ...?
