The Leave rules will have to be prepared as per the exigencies of work in the resort. You may have to keep staggered holidays for some workmen and fixed holiday for others. It depends on which state kyour resort is located then that state Shops and Commercial establishments Act will have to be followed and Leave Policy has to be prepared.
