possession of flat getting delayed

I booked a flat in tata housing boisar in 2015.previously they said that the flat will be handed over by 2017.but the project is getting delayed.whenever I call they say that the installment will be asked for in near future and the flat will be handed over in such and such time but the project is getting very much delayed.shall I wait or ask for my money back.I have already paid much .
