my question relates to the matter related to possession of a builging, following are the facts :-
1- The party is living in the building from last 20 years.
2- But the party dwelling in the building do not pay the rent and the rent is being is paid by me and both have the building adjacent and the party is ancestrally related to me.
3- Can it be that on the ground of Tenacy rule it can be claimed that the building to me mine earlier the other party tryied to get the possession of the land which is owned by me.
4 - I am fron the State of Bihar.
Please advice as soon as possible.
