post mortem

sirs,

a person met with motor vehicle accident and sustained injuries. he was treated as inpatient for more than 50 days in hospital. and after six months he died when claim petition under motor vehicle act was pending disposal. so his legal heirs were impleaded. when he died no post mortem was conducted. he died at his residence after six months of accident. now v r claiming that there is nexus between accident and death. is it compulsory to conduct post mortem?

Without post mortem, How can you prove whether the death was natural or unnatural?

 IT    IS   NOT   REQUIRED     FOR   POSTMORTEM     AS   HE/SHE     DIED    AT   HOME    AFTER    SIX       MONTHS      OF   MOTOR      VEHICLE     ACCIDENT.
