We live in an apatment complex in Jaipur and due to lot of problems with the builder, one of the owners has uploaded a balance sheet of the builders on Facebook. Can this be construed as defamation?
This balance sheet is a public document easily available at the Ministry website and it is the returns furnished by the company to the govt.
Please let us know your thoughts. Thankx in advance

Any negative comments become defamation. My opnion is that balance sheet of builders firm is a public document. It can be shown
