Power of Attorney

Hello,
Can somebody please tell me the procedure to make a power of attorney? And in which cases can I use it?
I and my sister own a property. Can she give me a Power of attorney to make decisions on that property on behalf of her? Because she is moving out of country soon!

Yes she can.

Upon meeting in person, a learned advocate can help you draft a Power of Attorney document.

Though not a requirement, it is best that the Power of Attorney can be authenticated before a Registrar or Sub-Registrar within whose district or sub-district the principal resides.
