power of attorney

Can anybody explain how a power of attorney can be revoked without notice. Is it possible even without notice to the holder. Any judgement in this.

Dear Mr.Kanann,

Your need to disclose the averments of your POA, for which purpose was executed, is there any condition to revoke POA? Or is there any time limit for POA?.

Legally all POA shall be revoked by serving the notice and publishing it in news papers.

For further feed back let us know the full details of POA.

It is an unilateral deed and can be done without notice to the holder
